We are at home in the lake district and familiar with all the major wedding venues. Windermere with the Merewood and Cragwood Hotels. Langdale Chase on the shoreline and the stunning views from Linthwaite House. The Swan and Beech Hill at Newby Bridge are excellent wedding photography venues while further south is the popular Grange Hotel and the Netherwood.

Wherever you wedding is, church or civil ceremony, being in such good company as Cars of Distinction or Touch of Class always makes the event more worthwhile, when we can easily move around and make use of the fantastic scenery that is on offer in Lakeland.

Ullswater Steamers readily comes to mind for stunning stills and video footage of any Ullswater wedding, while the Keswick Launch Company offer spectacular views from Derwentwater Lake. In the Eden Valley the Heather Glen, Augill Castle, and Appleby Manor comes to mind while near Penrith, on our doorstep is the very popular Roundthorn Hotel, Greystoke Castle, the North Lakes Hotel and Rheged. Along the shores of Ullswater is the superb Inn on the Lake (almost our second home) the Rampsbeck, Leeming House and the superior Sharrow Bay with fantastic lake and mountain views from Bank House. We regularly attend all of these fine venues while 'out west' we are often at the Greenhill Hotel Wigton the Ladore Falls in Borrowdale and the very popular Hundith Hill Hotel near Cockermouth in the Lorton Valley.
